This vlog comes from a very warm apartment in Mexico City. In this video I share a little bit about my week and then look at our month ahead. Both involve a return back to the heart of the matter. They turn to the reason why we practice yoga. To get to know ourselves better, to understand ourselves better. This - so that we may extend the same sincere offering to others. For how quick are we to judge ourselves or the other?

These practices allow us to slow down and witness.
Observe.

How are we functioning?

Can we make time for our practice… to just notice?

Wishing you a beautiful one!
It is SO hard not to feel alone in this world. Hearing you say that I’m not alone breaks my heart a little bit. I want to believe, but part of me just can’t. I hope someday I can feel like I’m not even if there’s no one else in the room. Someday, maybe.

I have been practising and studying yoga for over 10 years. Completed many trainings and courses. Joined many online yoga platforms - yours is the one I come back to again and again. It feels like home. Something so gentle, so simple, so sweet. Rich in tradition and yet with a light hearted touch. I thank you, truly thank you from my heart. The light you shine is so precious in this tumultuous world. Not alone. I thank all those practising yoga, here and elsewhere. May we all share our inner smile with all we meet - reminding ourselves amd each other - we are not alone. Happy June 🌿🙏😘

Almost everything has been said and I do not want to repeat those many warmhearted and kind sentences. But one thing i must say, I am so glad that this community exists and that we all shelter each other and feel the warmth of Adrienne and her team. Namaste

Thanks for another wonderful vlog! Being part of this community really makes me look at the world in a different way, I see more how we are alike than different. All the love we all get from each other in the comments when sharing ones struggles in life is amazing and it gives me so much hope. So looking forward to this month and wondering what I will learn about myself. Sending you much love!
