<p>I loved this session today! But, with all the child’s poses and the repetition of forward fold to halfway lift I experienced a lot of tingling in my feet and calves, like they were beginning to fall asleep. As soon as I’m not hinged at the hips, it goes away. Should I be avoiding these sensations? I’m worried I’ll cause some nerve damage or something if I ignore it. But I’m just unsure of what to replace it with, I’d hate to lose the benefits of forward folding… </p>

<p>Lovely! I practiced this at night. “I am in control of my own story. I am in control of my life. I am in control of my own happiness.” I am in control of my own yoga practice (and experience on the mat) while this space provides me with the freedom within the form and the conditions for me to practice safely at home. I am forever grateful. This is another mindful flow. I love the whole session. I’ve lost count at 7 child’s poses! Gentle cat-cow. Lizard to Horizon (?) lunge, wonderful! Love those knee circles. Nice mindful flows in Peaceful Warrior to Warrior 2 and then the wide -legged forward fold. Love the side stretches, side twists in all variations (Wu-Tang hands)! Cobra. Chaturanga to updog. Supine twists! Nice gentle core work. Happy baby! Thanks Adriene for a wonderful practice. It’s great for the whole body as well as the mind. Nice soothing breaths.
