Adding a twisting flow to your practice can help to restore and maintain range of motion in the spine, aid in digestion and energize the body and mind. </span></p><p><span>You may like two blocks, a blanket and a strap for this practice.</span></p></div>

<p>This was my first ever class with Marnie and I adored it. The cueing was amazing. I have never felt this connected in many of the poses, from stretches to some of the big poses. I have always been able to lift the bottom hand up in triangle, but this is the first time it really <em>made sense</em>, in the whole system, from my feet to my hands. A delightful class I am looking forward to repeating!</p>

<p>Woohoo a lovely long Marnie practice! So appreciated. Really helped my body find space, strength, stability and stretch…all with some fun and curiosity sprinkled on top. Loved it when the cue was to stretch/breathe (I forget which) “a wee bit more”; felt as if Marnie was alongside me here in the Scottish Highlands. Very clever, progressive sequencing, and clear cueing. </p>
