Happy Lunar New Year! In this vlog I say align with what matters most. And I like to say that because what matters most to one person may hit different for the next. This is the beautiful, generous and welcoming spirit of the mantra Find What Feels Good.

And so, it is with consistent practice and a good old fashioned regular check in that we stay aligned, centered, and fully embodied in what matters most.

I hope you enjoy!

Shop the 30 Day Journey Collection: https://shop.yogawithadriene.com/

Share the free calendar with non members: https://yogawithadriene.com/calendar/

Song is Nina Simone, Love Will See Us Through

Poem read, The Offering, by Laura Foley:

These woods

on the edges of a lake

are settling now

to winter darkness.

Whatever was going to die

is gone --

crickets, ferns, swampgrass.

Bare earth fills long spaces of a field.

But look:

a single oak leaf

brown and shining

like a leather purse.

See what it so delicately offers

lying upturned on the path.

See how it reflects in its opened palm

a cup of deep, unending sky.

I am feeling very sad. My gorgeous, 15 year old dog and yoga buddy passed on Friday. I am struggling to find some energy as I grieve. Watching you love Benji, cherish your moments with him, brought me comfort. I can imagine his weight in your arms and the feel and scent of him. Thank you for sharing that. And the question about spirit has made me reflect. I am going to my mat now to do a gentle practice. As always, i find something i need when i watch these vlogs.

I’m hoping for help. I will show up. I need to find my center again. I need to explore fitness, certainly, but more so my bruised and battered spirit needs attention nefore it breaks. If been doing the 30 day yoga series and hope its not too much to share to say that its cracked the door open for hope and with each day, i het closer to letting some in. I’m new to the app. I’m in the 7 day trial. Enjoying its features but I’m in tje boonies with a satelite dish from 1986. Lol fingers crossed. At least when the videos freeze in place, sometimes i get a good chuckle at the expression. Its the 30 minutes later that I feel like I may just have to settle for the 30 day free series. Which, i am beyond grateful is an option for me as i fight my way back to light. Namaste (did I use that correctly? 😬)

Adriene, I used to like yoga, but you made me love it! It has become part of me, my daily routine, and I have felt a deeper connection to God because I've learned to control my intrusive thoughts and how to stay peaceful. Thank YOU!❤️

Adriene, I hope you or one of your team members sees this and responds because I am so very curious how you choose your intro/exit music for each of the 30 day series? I always fall in love with the tune and on that last day, when the music starts, the tears automatically begin to flow, every single time. I love them so much that I Shazam each one to figure out what it is. I have a YWA playlist on Spotify with the ones I've figured out as well as some of the music you play on that last day. If you can, please share the titles and artists of each one and how you choose them. Thank you!!!! ❤️

I never comment, but I feel I'm long overdue. This space is a part of my life every week, and often (lately) the one thing that keeps me connected to something, anything. So I just wanted to say thank you for that, to Adriene and the FWFG team and to everyone else here. Lots of Love from Josephine (from a cold and rainy Sweden). And also. yes to more live events, please <3<3<3

I am always fascinated by the artwork on your wall- I see it as open arms welcoming someone home. . or . . setting someone free. Each day I need one or the other, sometimes both!!
