This was perfection today. Felt stiff and tight today and ended feeling soft and stretchy. Thanks Adrienne

Beautiful! Such a highly-inspired and creative flow. A gem of a practice! This was so moving. I love the whole Rise series! And yes: I can. I choose. I will. I love. I thrive. I create. I enjoy. Serving all that in one glorious session. Thanks Adriene, Namaste β€οΈπŸ§‘πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ

Am I the only one habing the video cut for a second every 20 or 30 seconds. It’s been happening for the last 4 days??? Besides this, it was a really great practice πŸ™πŸ»πŸ₯°β€οΈπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

Exquisite! Perfection. This session is such a lovely culmination to the Rise series! Absolutely delightful way to greet a wonderful Sunday! Love to your mom! I have committed your mon’s mantra to memory β€” β€œI can. I choose. I will. I love. I thrive. I create. I enjoy.” I love how everything is encapsulated in every flow, oh so good for my whole being. It’s so easy to lose myself in this session. It’s like an ode to life. Such a gem. I have to go back to 4 through 6, grateful for the gem of a gift this session brought to my corner of the world. Sending lots of love out into the world and beyond! Stay safe, be well and take good care everyone β€οΈπŸ§‘πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ

Shoutout to my fellow night owls who finished Rise before an early morning at work. Feeling a little burnt out after this, and it looks like the next few practices will leave room for rest and restoration. I'm glad that I've committed to completing the year's calendar, but I've realized how powerfully true it is that not every practice is for me (or anyone) and I look forward to taking a more personalized approach after 2022. Namaste!

RISE complete! Wonder how this long flow would feel in June instead of January? It’s -26 this morning and I took forever to get to this practice. It’s so great but always battling winter stiffness and today low blood sugar. Still glad to have this boost.

I noticed on my repeat of the practice today that i can sit on my knees much more comfotably towards the end of the practice. The first kneeling position is so awkward for me, not at all hurting my knees, just very stiff and awkward, and then by the kneeling towards the end, its a less awkward position for me πŸ€£πŸ˜ŽπŸ™
