<p>This goes right into the heart, by opening up the chest with hands clasped behind the back in mountain poseโฆand itโs so good! I skipped this, but Iโm glad I did Day 10 first, I am already warmed up! I am loving this journey! The yummy spiral twists continues! Love the cat-cow variation here. Needless to say, the heart and hips openers from all the poses/flows are delightful โฆI love the thread-the-needle approach here too. Itโs so expansive! And the twists, oh so good too! Oh! I found more โgoodnessโ and flexibility in the hips in pigeon pose! Wow! The practice grows on (and within) me every single time I hop on to my mat! Itโs amazing! Creating more space within so as to tend to my motives for taking on this journey. Being disciplined. Focused. Intentional (way more!). Aligning those with the routines and actions (reinforcing and working on my foundations) to connect with my innermost desires;), trusting the process to assist me in that regard - empowering! To consistently show up and stir the inner workings of the energies to flow in ways that serve;) thanks Adriene! Loving this series and the growth Iโm seeing, feeling and experiencing all thanks to the teachers here and the whole FWFG team for taking the thinking out of practicing by curating all those videos in a way that truly builds upon each other! I trust! I surrender. I stay open. I am curious. I show up. I enjoy. I love this space. I celebrate my commitment to my self, my practice(s)and the founding of this safe space. Self-love to ease into functioning and existing with what is in a divided world. Trusting all is as it should be and that I can maintain my balance and help create a much kinder world. I slept so much last night that it was a bit of a struggle to get loosened up and my balance was off. But about halfway through I started feeling closer to normal and felt so so good by the end. Thanks Adriene! โค๏ธ๐

Great practice this morning, though my balance felt a bit off, so soon after rolling out of bed ๐ But loved the Open theme, especially "what door can you open?" I'm currently studying for social work associate licensure and this question feels more urgent than ever. ๐๐๐
