Center yourself in this 26-minute intermediate flow with Alia. You’ll get your blood moving with fun variations on cat-cow, side plank, and downward-facing dog. This session also has plenty of soothing stretches and twists to release muscle tension and encourage you to breathe easy. Set your intention, use your breath to stay present, take time for reflection, and come back to your practice again and again.

Two blocks and a blanket are used in this practice.

Alia is a great teacher, and it's so powerful to see a yogi who looks more like me. Thank you <3

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Alia's practices! Thank you so much, Alia for this beautiful practice. I loved the interesting twists you threw in to keep us thinking and moving just a little differently in our bodies. The combo of Adriene's classes and yours is perfection! I also love your calm, accepting, friendly, and can-do energy. This, as are all Alia's classes, is now in my favorites! Thank you! Happy Holidays to you and yours! XO

I love practices with a lot of stretching and twisting, and this one was very satisfying! I love how Alia normalizes how different body-types and flexibility-types might struggle with the landing in different poses, and gives tips for other ways to do them!

I've been doing yoga regularly for about 7 years now, and I still can't go smoothly from 3-legged dog to low-lunge with my foot landing between my hands! I have to move both hands to one side of the mat to give my leg more room to swing so my foot will land where it's supposed to, so when Alia said "Just grab that foot, pull it up to where it needs to be, and lift up to your lunge. Nothing wrong with that!" I felt so seen and validated, and I realized that I need to be less hard on myself!
