<p>So perfect for me today woke up feeling worried and anxious/ unsettled. At the end when Adriene said let go choose the light it resonated so much. My word this year is letting go and every day I am reminded that it was the right word for me! Thank you! Hard to believe this was created ten years ago! Thank you Adriene ,first of all how is your “ Benjynose “ ?. I’m sure this will help as woke up with a feeling I haven’t felt for some time , I felt like this in the days after my husband passed away 14 years ago , and I realize it’s due to lockdown at the moment and am grateful to have you there to change the mindset ! X

<p>A gem from the back catalogue! Slightly more flow than I anticipated; the chunky jumper got flung off midway through the first Warrior Two 😆 but a great way to get the blood flowing and lift the mood. And seeing Adriene find “Creaky Old Floor” in what was her new home back then was an added bonus! 😍</p>

Beginning with alternate nostril breathing and ending with extended shavasana is like moving poetry with the most beautiful book ends 😊 I loved this one. Woke up stiff and tight and feel warm and ready for a Wednesday! 💗🙏💗
