<p>This was PERFECT. Feeling pretty alone in this world at the moment due to family conflict and my other half having mental health issues and taking himself on a second trip this month…rage painted my garden fence and my back has been in agony. This whole practice was like a warm hug 🫂 </p>

<p>Are soles together, knees apart a relaxing comfortable position for people? Not for me. Corpse pose isn't all that comfortable for me either. Just wondering if anyone else finds these two positions uncomfortable.</p>

Have a lot going on in my day, and life in general. Doing this practice today really helped me deeply relax and connect with my emotions and body and let some things go. As always, bless all y'all at FWFG and all y'all other folks. Have you considered making a search tag for emotional regulation? For those of us healing from trauma (or just living this busy life) I think it could be very helpful.

<p>I will revisit this one 💗. Found it to be a unique blend of a meditative practice and restorative movement to help unlock what is stuck (especially what seems to hide in my hips and shoulder armpit area). My soul felt the benefit of this one. </p>

<p>That was beautiful. Thanks Adriene. This is truly a salve for the soul! Lovely for the hips, good for the spine, nice stretches for the side body, strong legs and all over flow of good energies. I sat in half lotus and I felt really grounded and connected to the earth. Let’s have more practices like these please in 2026! A combination of Sun and Moon. Nice reflections. That would be lovely.
