I did it! I’m 71 and when I started with Adriene five years ago, I could barely make it into down dog. I feel so strong and so blessed!

I loved that it was a 50 minute class, but it wasn’t 50 minutes worth of movement. I’d really love less talking and more intermediate flowing.

<p>Nice slow and deep strengthening practice...like others have said, I'm reaping the benefits of a daily practice with you, beautiful Adriene...not only was I able to fully engage with the practice, but I was also so much kinder to myself and in tune with what my body/mind wanted on this day as I sneaked in a rest or two. This is entirely due to my daily yoga lessons on self-compassion and self-love. Thank you. <3</p>

Oh my! This was such an exquisite experience. The whole process/flow was such an amazing preparation for the most wonderful moments of stillness, spaciousness, peacefulness, calming, warming (full body) and joy (such a lift) in savasana. Thank you Adriene. AM’s YfO there’s so much awareness that has truly helped my practice a lot and off the mat too! As Sumair alluded to in his Rewiring the Upper and Lower Body workshops - the connections in poses and flows makes perfect sense. Intelligence, working inwards - yay! Near tears, what a lovely surprise. My inner voice is rejoicing along with my whole body-mind-spirit. These are the moments that I draw from - that ability and intelligence and wherewhital to recognize what’s best for my ecosystem. Blooming Adriene! I have a grateful heart. Thanks for that humbling Warrior III sequence. I was cruising along prior to that portion! Haha! I loved the mindful pacing, finding ease and grace with a lot less effort. Body-mind working together and inwards. Yoga heals. I am so elated and honored and humbled. Thank you for this lovely gift. Totally unexpected, but most welcome and appreciated. Surrendering to and trusting your guidance is always an act of self-love. I mean it! When my energies flow in a way that serves, I have so much bandwidth: more love, compassion, empathy, patience, space and joy to spread around. Adriene, Marnie, Sumair, Liz, Rey, FWFG team, I am honored to be here and filled with sincere gratitude for everything you’re doing for this community I am so proud to be a part. More open, I will try Alia’s videos too! I accepted, allowed and surrendered to Marnie’s brilliance and made space for her light to add a layer of intelligence to my being - and I was rewarded with so much awareness and intelligence (awakening?) in my practice and beyond. Relishing in the benefits of the everyday practice..first time i wasnt like "yeah ok,Adriene" in the warrior three flow:). Great strength practice..gave me a bunch of confidence going into leg day!🪷💪🎉

I could only do half but i loved it. It was so slow in a good way that i got really sweaty right away! I caught that Alladin reference - LOVED IT (itty bitty living space).🧞♂️🤴🏾
