<p>I struggle with puppy pose. I collapse and feel horrible in this pose. My arms don’t feel right and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for this pose? I don’t feel anything in this pose other than “wrong”. I know it’s not about getting it right but it seems to be such a popular pose and I can’t see any videos on it to see how I can make it feel good. Thank you. </p>

I love the ‘live’ guidance (much more than the recorded script videos if aome years ago. However, sometimea i find that there ia too much talking and i find it distracting.

Funnily enough I also found this video to help after I tweaked my neck climbing 😅 I couldn't walk for a few days and was focusing on rest / cold therapy as I had lots of pain and NO movement whatsoever. I waited a week for the worst of the pain and inflammation to subside before trying to stretch. I've done this video at least once a day (sometimes twice) for the past week as part of my rehab and it's helped massively (also push-ups!). It's the perfect routine, stretches out all the painful bits and feels amazing afterwards! I'm back climbing now and this video is my go to warm-down! Highly recommend as an addition to your climbing routine to keep you neck and shoulders healthy :)
