A 24 min practice for anxiety to build strength and inner peace. Use yoga and pranayama practice to help spiral in to the present moment and find a little stillness.

This practice reminds us of the power of stillness in both body and mind. It reminds us how important and empowering it can be to take the time for regular self inquiry and reflection.

So glad I stumbled across this one! Lovely! Thank you🌸🌸

WOW! Another exquisitely brilliant experience of absolute freedom! A Truely memorable 30DoY! So much space in this one! I love sitting still, being mindful and honoring my internal ecosystem feedback! Alternate nostril breathing is such a powerful breathing technique for me to balance the left and the right side of my whole being. It helps to clarify everything! It’s magical! It’s such a nice find for me, thanks Adriene! Breathing and feeling my way through life, as it is and with ease!

There’s so much grace, feeling of lightness, stillness (within and in the form), calm, sweet surrender and reverence in this practice. I hope there’d be more practices like this one here. Incorporating stillness with movements. This is why I come to practice!

Thanks Marnie, Sumair, Rey, Liz, Alia, Tyler, Nani, Jenn…today I feel so expansive, solid, supple, graceful - it’s such a lovely experience. It’s all coming together, like second nature.

Repetition for me is key to growing the value-adding routines I have in my daily life. And your on point cues Adriene is great to rewire/reset/rebiot my brain to heed my breath, my heart and movements on the mat and flow with loving care, off the mat too. It’s such a gift! Everything is as it should be! And on days when I need to find my way through, I have the tools/skills/techniques to find freedom within the framework ;) to shift my approach, modify my mindset, breathe in to adjust my lens…and find solid footing or what would work or serve. It’s so good! This practice is an absolute delight.

I’m experiencing more peace (really present and connected), spaciousness in the mind and within the internal ecosystem! I love that, ood to hear that term used in this session too!), graceful (push and the pulls), stable (solid footing, pushing up…), expansive (defying gravity!)…in short, I am Finding Whst Feels Good! To surrender, stay open, curious and willing to breathe and feel my way through, I am very honored to receive your light Adriene. Mostly palms up now when seated, thank you! I love you back!

Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing. Be well. 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 09/18/24

In the last downward dog i had a complete disassociation from my own legs and feet i was looking back at. I have never experienced it before, i think it was from the stillness. 🙏🏼
