I love this speedy flow! However, is it just me or are the left and right sides of the body not given equal attention?

I had a bit of a hard time keeping up, but this was a lot of fun! I'll be sure to do it again. I think I missed a cue for the left side at the beginning, so I added that at the end (don't want to be uneven - haha!)

I remember skipping this one five years ago when I first started doing yoga with you - This time after all those years of daily practice with you the flow was perfect and I kept up the whole time! I wanted to comment on this because I know how it feels to find some flows too fast - But you’ll get there with sustained practice 💪🏻 Thanks for such an energising flow Adriene 🙏🏻 🧡 Oh and I love your sweet, youthful enthusiasm in the intro to this vid 🥰

Well, that was humbling. Never had to stop mid-practice before but... just far too fast for this beginner. Interesting because I didn’t faulter a day of Breath, or a day since. Not actually sure I ever even want to move this fast as it definitely doesn’t feel good, an opportunity for injury. Bless you all who get your body moving’! I’ll be in the slow vehicle lane. Namaste! 🙏🏻🌸💜

This is one of my very favorite. I would love to see more practices like this - mayb a hiar slower so the asanas can be fully embodied. I’d also liketo know what the video is at the end ofthis one that is ‘if u liked this video, check out…’ Thnx!

Very up tempo, right from the start. I could not keep up and was afraid I would hurt myself trying, so I bailed at the 10 minute mark. Not recommended as a wake-up routine. Might be okay if I were warmed up first.

The first time I did this I could barely keep up, but after practicing with Adriene for 3 years I found it fast, but fun! So cool to see the progress!
