Instead of using blocks or my fingertips when I can't go all the way down, I just curl my toes. It helps me keep balance, and doesn't strain my shoulders.

Loved the vibe in this one. Pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve heard Adriene curse. Keeping it real!

I have a super bendy back and have always been quite nervous of camel pose - it's easy enough for me to touch my heels but I haven't felt supported in this pose before. I love the cues in this video, thanks Adriene! I still found the pressure on my lower back - but I feel I need to work on building strength in my connection to my inner core to support here - so much to think about in this (and all!) pose! One thing I really also struggle with is grounding through my feet when in a kneeling or table top position - any tips on this as I feel it would help me to take some pressure off elsewhere if I could ground better through my feet but I really struggle to push down into my toes when they are upside down!?

I loved this video with the breakdown of how every body part should be during this pose in order to help prevent injury. That being said, every time I try to tighten my thighs like I’m holding a block

Does anyone else struggle with the following when doing puppy pose? I feel like I'm trying to fight my elbows from splaying out, and my weight is dumping into my forward (which causes my feet to lift off the ground a bit). How do I correct for these issues?

Such good guidance although not easy to relax into for more than a few breaths, I did manage to rest my hands on my feet 🙏❤️
