<p>I love practicing standing on one leg. I feel grateful for being able to wrap my hands on the calves for much longer on my left leg in half splits.. I love that upper body side twist with TX T arm on the standing leg side and opposite hand on the other (raised) leg. Tree pose variation? Nice short flow! I harnessed the power of victorious breathing to expand and defy gravity! It’s so good! Thanks Marnie! A little goes a long way. PSo5 helps, I have more grace, strength and increased range of motion, thanks Liz! </p><p>This is a great series of a journey! True to form, I choose to accept where I am, Trust that the practices, routines, habits, hobbies has my back as it relates to life itself. It’s all connected! Thanks Adriene! This practice really helped me to understand how drawing energy up through the feet/legs/hips and pushing away from the floor enables balance poses 🙏❤️🙏
