Love this practice and series so much. Ive done it a few times and often choose one if im not sure what else to do. My father died last week and these daily Breathing Room practices have been such an anchor this week. Thank you so much xxx

<p>Does anyone know if these practices are available without music? Because of my low tolerance to impulses (prolonged concussion symptoms) doing this video with music is too overwhelming. While this series seem so promising :(</p>

I loved this breathing room. I have a question. How do I know if I am "intermediate" or "beginner"? I practice yoga now for a couple of years. Some positions come out naturally (esp on the one side...) but some others still feel very stiff (esp the ones where I need to bent my lower back). Do I need to stick to beginner's level till these last ones become easier? Or should I just do what I fancy and then reach the position I can reach?

Wow, i loved this. Was a mental battle to get on the mat today but I am so glad i did. if you’re in the same place as me today stop thinking and do this practice, you wont regret it 😀

I came to yoga because it sounded like a good way to exercise with having asthma. It deffinatly works! With that in mind can you make some asthma support videos please! Yoga has really helped me be less dependant on asthma medication but i would love to learn the best breathing exercises for when breathing gets hard to do! Thank you for all you do ❤
