<p>Thank you for another great session. I do have one struggle in almost every practice ---I cannot bend my right knee very far (and my bum simply does not get near my heels), so I can't make it to the child's pose position. is there another way to relax when you do this position so i get a similar relaxation? the tightness is in the back of my right knee. Thank you.</p>

Felt grumpy and burned out this morning. This practice lifted my mood and now I feel ready to tackle the day! A daily yoga practice has been causing so many positive changes :)

Wow that was a short practice crammed with 'firsts' for me. Finally managed wild thing and was able to move onto knees from cross legged position and vice versa! Struggled to keep up with 30 day challengeand have succeed so far. Showing up daily has paid off and so proud of myself. 💖🙏
