Am I the only one who finds downward dog way more challenging than plank post? 😅

Today we practice together. I was softer towards her interrupting me. She's climbing on my back while I was holding strong plank. It was a pleasure 😊 today. Thank you and namaste.

Oh my goodness, I know you’ve been going through so much Adriene, but as a result of what you’ve been going through, this practice gave me so much care this morning. I lost my precious mother yesterday, and although she is whole again as she starts her journey of eternal Life, losing my mother and my best friend makes my heart hurt. This practice calmed my soul. Thank You🙏🏻❤️

And it would be really nice to be able to view comments via selection - newest, oldest, best etc..... the first comment I can see is dated October 12th, 2022.

I am not certain that I have got this challenge right. Was this the first video of the "Awaken The Inner Child" ? I arrive on this video whenclick in the calendar April. I am a bit lost....... because first of all this is not a new video and I do not know where this inner child was supposed to be...... it was a nice session, but as said - not new, no child, nothing humorous about this session.... but perhaps I have got everthings wrong... :-)

When I'm in downward dog after a challenging pose, I like to give a quick kiss to both my biceps! I loved this practice (even the tough moments!)

I needed and gave a lot of compassion to my body with breaks throughout. I want to build strength for the planks and downward dogs, and wrist flexibility. Any suggestion for a beginner are appreciated. I am glad to be here and will try again.

Beautiful 💛 We’re in the process of saying goodbye to our 15 year old beloved cat, and this new practice spoke to me - it was exactly what I needed this morning. I cried grateful tears during the end pose. Thank you, as always, Adriene, for all you do 💛🙏🏼

Is it only me or you don't mind this practise quite challenging with no proper warm up?

The compassion disappeared for me in the middle of this practice! Let's be gentle, let's not & then let's be gentle again. It didn't work for me today so I rebelled & went into child's pose during stair steppers.
