Your first yoga practice is here, and it is a full one, packed with valuable invitations! We begin by taking things nice and slow. You will soon feel more fire, you may move fast, but this series asks you to be disciplined about bringing awareness to the deeper layers of your practice - with breath.

What makes this 30 Day series unique is that these practices are designed to work together 1-30, not just as one-offs, though that is time well spent too.

This series is a process with intention. Today’s practice is all about listening, respectfully setting the tone, building foundation with slow and with purposeful movement.

Thank you for joining me on this journey and for sharing this connection with so many people around the world.

**REMINDER** If you are not signed up for the daily email that corresponds with each practice video, sign up for free and receive your free BREATH calendar here: https://www.yogawithadriene.com/breath

Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below!

Decided to do Breath 30 days this month of March after doing Day 11? as part of one of the scheduled sessions this month. It’s perfect for me as I’m in my 4th month of consistent meditation daily and wanting to improve my breath and focus to tune into my intuition. This first day was very strengthening surprisingly. I’m enjoying seeing and feeling my body grow stronger each day I do a little YWA + team + community. Looking forward to doing Breath again this month 🙏❤️

Today marks my first full year of yoga every day - despite vacations and vaccinations, busy days and sick days, holidays and family visits. This community has shown me how to consistently show up for myself and just listen. I am celebrating by beginning thr Breath journey again as it was my first 30 day journey. I am forever grateful to Adriene and this yoga family for being the most vital part of the last year of my life!

What a lovely practice! Today (2nd Jan) is my birthday, so I've had a busy day having phone calls and Zoom chats with family and friends. I left the yoga practice to be done just before I start getting ready to go to bed and WOW! What a great way to invite more of the power of breath, awareness and love to my body, mind and soul! Thank you Adriene! I truly needed this today <3

so happy to be here, although the perfectionist in me is a little miffed I somehow ended up one day behind already, I thought Jan. 1st was day 0 for whatever reason but better late then never! I bet I needed to refresh my browser yesterday, and that's why only day 0 showed. I'm sure I'm not the only one who made that mistake. Hope others are with me for belated day 2 tomorrow, off by one day folks unite! Namaste!

Ok. At about 20 min in after the down dog I got acid reflux and needed to sit and breathe and just listen until the nausea passed. I needed my blocks for any lunges. I had to take a break again around the second lunge and twist and waited until the nausea passed. It helped to listen to what Adriene was saying and focusing on what cues I could do (ex.breathe). I'm glad I lasted on my mat until the end because the hand massage was very soothing and I felt ok about myself making these modifications.

Did anyone else here the soft pulsing sound at times (for instance after the bridge pose). Did the mic pic up Adriene’s heartbeat?
