I'm so thankful for Yoga with Adriene. I started almost 2 years ago. I had only had 2 yoga classes in my life. I was 64 and not sure I could do it. I've kept with it and although i still feel kind of new, I'm so much stronger now and much more flexible. What a beautiful thing this is. ❤

I often ask my kids if they want to do yoga with me and sometimes they do sometimes not. Usually not. Today I asked my 14 yr old son if he wanted to join me and he was an enthusiastic yes! I was so excited to find the beginners practice as the scheduled class! It was perfect! He enjoyed it and felt so good. At the end we both lay down for savasana and held hands, it was perfect!
