<p>“The How and the Why…” that’s my intention when I immersed myself in self-study! For self-love and self-care. To come home to me! Authentically and unassailably me ;) The willpower to dig deep into the depths of my own heart and soul. Tend and nourish my connections, transmitters and feeds align it all to my values/beliefs/needs/aspirations/desires and what makes me feel good and naturally and authentically me. My innate nature. My True North. Wow! I never expected to hear that from you today. In this practice! What I was seeking was already here! Kismet! This True 30DoY is so charismatic! Thanks Adriene for honoring, recognizing and supporting my own unique and amazing self! I love you back! Thank you for another lovely session! </p><p>Crocodile breath. Kapalabhati breath. Deep belly breath…all so buoyant and victorious! I added lion’s breath in downdogs. Horsey lips! Really went for it! This was so very graceful after week 3 of Pilates Series of 5. Love the cat-cow variation in extended child’s pose. Rocking horse(?), loved it! This is a nice, warming, energetic and mindful flow. Funny too! Sweating and yet calm! Very present. High lunges (yummy twists!), planks, push ups (two). A little of everything. Cobblers pose. Thanks for dwelling a bit more in happy baby. It was a nice exploration! This practice brought a huge smile on my face. Love stacking the hips in downdogs! I am stronger! I am unique! I am worthy!</p><p>Thanks Adriene for curating strengthening practices that are not depleting! I love you back. The journey continues, and it’s such a nice path to be on.
