I will really miss us coming together on the mat when our 30-day journey is finished, It's the very last time that we travel together in this way. I will miss it all.

Thank you Adrienne and team for such wonderful practices. Today I reached a big birthday! - and grateful to be in such good health! Thanks to ye for you’re steady guidance. My daily yoga date has played a big part in helping me ‘find what feels good’. Blessings to you from Ireland and to all the yoga community 🙏🏻💚.

It is hard to come to the mat on the Morning but the difference in my body is incredible after only 20 minutes. Today was not a successfull tree day (for some reason my feet wont stay up or hurt my inner thigh when I force it to stay up) wich is frustrating but I accept it

When Adriene encourages us, "...to listen, scan acknowledge who you are and where you are today..." I felt such a huge sense of gratitude for this series, her teachings, and this community.

My truth for today is that there is good amidst the hard. With all the challenges, overwhelm and grief I am feeling, when so much feels wrong, when I pause I am able to see there is also good. Or at least pieces of life where things are "not wrong."

This time on my mat is one of them. I am able to move my body, have time for myself, and practice alongside a community of people across the globe. I hear my family stirring as they begin to wake, feel the heat turn on in my house, smell the coffee my husband is brewing, and see the sky change from dark to light.

Filled with gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 💗

My tree was wobbly. Was it dancing? Not sure. I dialled back to foot on ankle and it was a tiny bit more stable. That is how I will greet my day and that's ok. I find that Lion's breath cleansing. Like it's letting something out.

I had a long break from yoga at the beginning of January due to illness and travel (at the same time). But here I am, working slowly through 30 days behind the rest of you. BUT today! Today I managed for the first time ever to do a squat -- that second one. I had thought my knees would never let me. But trying, briefly every day, has made a difference.

Great way to end the day! And how fitting! Lion’s Breath for the Detroit Lions in the playoffs! (I am in MI!) Thank you for the ease I need to sleep and be grateful.

Excellent! Loved connecting all the dots, the breath with the pace, the pace with the self observation of increased strength and endurance.

Thank you!
