<p>Any advice for me to make those side planks more manageable? Especially when having to do quickly, I feel that I am going to snap at the shoulder. Is it a matter of arm strength? Is there a foundations video on that position? I've always struggled with it. </p>

This was so good! I had to force myself onto the mat repeating 'the hardest part is showing up' again and again. Then i did it,and loved it and am now cocooned in a buzz of positve energy. Fab x

You've been in my world since January and part of my morning routine each and every day. You and the practice have been a tonic for this 74 year old body and mind! I especially enjoyed this practice and have marked it as a favorite for the balancing aspect ... now something on which I need to consciously work. By the way, my heels can now almost touch the floor when doing Downward Dog! Who woulda thunk? Carry on, my dear friend, and make sure you mind the self-care. I, this community and the world at large need your spirit, energy, wisdom, humor, knowledge, humility and sleeping Benji at your side like never before. Namaste to us all.
