Still having trouble with flows. I'm a little overweight which is probably much of the reason even with the light ones. Gonna keep trying. I love Yoga with Adriene 💚

<p>🌊 definitely a series that I feel improvement with each time. Also a series I will get more out of by spacing it out and prepping my space well for it. For this one there is a part where I would benefit from blocks. I was travelling so I didn’t have the chance this time. Next time.</p>
