Tune in and take stock. This session also provides the vocabulary for you to cultivate more stability and agility in your physical practice. </p><p><br></p><p>Hardest part is showing up. You got this! Today's practice digs deep.</p>

<p>This was lovely! I (missed and) unintentionally skipped this yesterday and went on to practice Strength and Harmony. Discovered my mistake afterwards. It feels like a perfect follow-up to that though for me today. I love those hip dips! Those spiral twists too! Appreciate the well-timed child’s pose as rivulets or sweat’s dripping down my chin, such a wonderful feeling. Thermostat at 83F. HR now at 76BPM. Thanks Team, that can only attest to the powerful transformation of sticking with following the calendar of monthly practices. I don’t always do them sequentially, but I do my best to practice them all. Because it all works and builds upon each other. So good! So supportive. Empowering! Growing my practice safely and with integrity. That warrior flow and twists drawing from the core is so creative! It’s delightful! Great way to train the mind! I practiced on hardwood floor instead of carpeted ones today. Wow! Thanks Adriene! Moving from the center and loving it! Because you all care enough to share your light! This is such an awesome 30DoY! It’s equal parts strengthening and softening. I am refining the edges ;) and it feels so good! Repetition. Consistency. Discipline. Time. Staying true. Creating more space to connect to my True North. And for more goodness to flourish. It all works to support the beat/rhythm of my heart’s song - my breath. I practiced as I was having a hard time this morning…I’m doing great now. I love you Adriene. I’m sending lots of good vibes and good energies to everyone in this lovely and amazing collective of diverse yogis. May we all thrive well in these temperate times, weatherwise and in between all aspects our daily lives. Resilient. Focused. Present. Oh yes! This is the third time I’ve done the True series. I’m sure this was aming the hardest sessions the first time around but now I absolutley love it. 💪
