I found this very boring! I am also hungry lol. Starts with cheerleader pose, seated cobblers pose, supine pelvic floor work, bridges, cobblers bridges, supine twists, froggy or yoga squat, down dog, supine toe touches to the ground, breath of fire, Savasana.

Adriene mentions several times about more info being on her membership site but I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know where I can find more?

Loved a nd needed this. However, i found it difficult to remember when to tighten the pelvic floor amd when to release relative tonthe breathe. Normally, one thinks of the exhale as relaxing, letting go but it seems Adriene wants us to tighten on the exhale. Since it seems backwards, it is difficult. Hope with practice it gets easier. Many thanks!

Hi all, i emailed the fwfg team.to ask about finding more vids for the pelvic floor: Thank you so much for taking the time to write in and ask your question. On the membership site, the series you are looking for is called the LIGHT Series. That series would be a good follow up to the Yoga for the Pelvic Floor video.

I do need to work on my pelvic floor, but found I couldn’t really get into it today. May just be an off day for me. Stayed in bed longer than usual today and feeling a bit slow. Will have to try again another time! Thank you, Adriene + sweet Benji. Namaste + happy weekend y’all 🙏💖😑🙆🏻‍♀️🫶

During this video, you mention going into Mula Bandha at another time, but I’m not finding any reference to it elsewhere. I’m new to FWFG. 😊 Loving it!
