Total Body Yoga - Deep Core is a 20 min practice for building strength as well as increasing flexibility and blood flow. Feel great from head to toe with this total body - deep core work out.

Meet your appropriate edge and light a little fire to get CENTERED and strong. NO crunches necessary!!!

An important foundation of yoga (and life) is a strong, engaged core. This is a great yoga video to bookmark and come back to again and again as it helps to tone the abdominal wall and increase strength in the deeper core muscles, helping to create that foundation.

Breathe deep as we work to create muscle tone, then round it all off with a sweet vinyasa flow.

Question FWFG peeps... How do you return to practices like this one whilst following the calendar? I practice every day, but can't fit more than one in generally. Thanks! 🙏

This was a perfect compliment to Birthday Yoga (I’m 41 today!) Adding to my favorites as well. Thank you, Adriene!

12 months ago my wrists wouldn’t have lasted throught this practice. 6 months ago my abs would have given up halfway through. Now I can do the whole thing without collapsing. I’m 52 and 12 months of doing YWA has made me so much stronger. Thank you.

I have been saving this practice for when I have the confidence, strength, ease, balance and stamina. And today is that day! Oh so wonderful! Awesome and amazing to be able to keep up. A little bit of consistent practice goes a long way. Moving and flowing to sustain a balanced state of being! Sweet! Thanks Adriene, Sumair, Marni, Rey and fwfg team! Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

The emphasis to not crunch and keep the neck straight really connected with me this morning. I don't so much crunch in the neck but more so in the upper chest, between the sternum and collar bones. A holding pattern from bad posture/bad habits and dealing with some depression. After doing the leg exercises while not crunching it became very apparent that I 'crunch' in this area while doing plank and other postures. Just playing with it now when I don't crunch this part of my chest I can feel that my breathing is much more free.
