<p>Yoga provides us the tools for getting to know who we really are. This journey is about reuniting with your self through regular practice. I just woke up and am ready to hit the mat for my 4th or 5th year of your Jan. yoga. I was surprised to see that it is 43 minutes long as I usually plan for about 30 minutes, plus or minus a few. Is there any way you can let us know how much time to plan in advance?

Day 1 cant believe i did 45 mins ! Loved that so much but when will downward dog not feel so hard ? I think i have been practising for 3 weeks now .

I must admit I always get impatient with the slow practices, and I knew this was gonna be a slow one ;-), but when I get over myself and really go deep I always benefit and FEEL so much. This is going to be a beautiful journey! Looking forward to every step! Thank you, Adriene&amp;Team!

I am super late starting, but I love it already! Jeez I am tight all over and my concentration and presence only lasts about 10 seconds... so looking forward to seeing where I am after 30 days :)
