You say universe has your back 🙈. For the first time in a while, today it would have been a struggle to get much time for a yoga (don’t get me wrong, I would have found a way). Turns out MOVE has a 5 min scheduled for me. Namaste🙏

<p>Nice work Adriene! I didn’t even rollout my mat. I woke up late. And this little ditty, was just perfect for me this morning. It got me stretched out, twisted a little, got the juices flowing and I am glowing! 😁 thanks Team for including this in this month’s Create calendar. It does not take much to create space and nourish those nooks and crannies to always get me back to Me, in times of…whatever. It’s such a good feeling of wellbeing. “Everything is as it should be.” And I can always find my way through to change my approach and experience the shifts to modify, adjust and find my flow. I have the capacity and energy to stay in those long “challenging holds” off the mat. Love and buoy myself up! In just five minutes, I connected inwards, got my cat-cow, bird-dog, downdog, those forward folds and halfway lifts, gentle cobra, spinal twists —-I did something basically good to give myself high 5s and drew strength from the earth! Lovely! Have a beautiful day to All! Beauty has many forms. May we maintain our inner Peace, share our innate Light and bless the world with our infinite Love. All from the mat!
