This challenging pose is great for strengthening the lower body, improving posture, and relieving stress. Tyler will help you focus on rooting from the ground in a way that builds stability and allows you to access this balancing hip-opener with more ease.

You will need 2 blocks for this practice.

Another great session, I am loving all the exploration in this series. I struggled a bit today, my body is tight and sore from working out and yoga, I felt a little frustrated at times and then those magic words “we didn’t come here to do good yoga” just what I needed to hear right at that moment. Our daily yoga is a ‘practise’ and I’m here for it. Thank you Tyler namaste 🙏🏽 ❤️ 🧘🏼‍♀️

Such fun 🥳 I knew this series would be great, but it's even more enjoyable than I expected! 😃

And I have never felt my arms so much in Warrior II as in the fourth video and this one - I love the way Tyler gives cues that help you fine-tune a posture and go deeper, and at the same time he's constantly cheerful and reassuring 😊

Such a fun practice :) I don't have any blocks, so I used small pillows instead, and it worked quite fine ^^ probably could also be done without any props, though I imagine that blocks could be good for some extra support :) I also really appreciate that all the food was explicitly vegan :D always a relief 😌 thank you so much, this was wonderful 💜

Ok that was very hard for me and the left side was just not happening. I have cramping in my hips when trying to lift my leg to the side. Perhaps an old injury I had during my teens is impacting my hip still? Anyway, I do enjoy your classes Tyler Price and I will try this one again to see if I can get stronger. 🙏🏻

I can't tell you how wonderful this series has been! Your directions have helped me to connect to my body in new ways. Using blocks is a game changer. I feel much more confident in the standing poses, even if I wobble or fall. I look forward to more from you, Tyler!

My bad, when I completed this practice I meant to leave a comment yesterday. I was zened out apparently. Thanks again Tyler for a super great practice. Love the way you incorporate much of what we started with from the beginning of the week. As Adriene says, “yoga works.”
