I really like the gentle practice, especially since I just started my period. Thank you!

The only thing I cannot connect with is the "criss cross applesauce". Since I heard Sadhguru talk about the importance using the proper expressions, it bothers me so much. 🙏

Hi Friends! I'm so thrilled to share this Sweet + Slow flow with you. This is the way I like to practice on days when I'm feeling creaky or low-energy, or just need some extra TLC for any reason at all. I hope you all love it as much as I do! And if you're interested in more practices with me, I hope you'll check out my library at https://hamaarayoga.vhx.tv/ or join me for a livestream class through my studio, OakAndLotusYoga.com! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you Alia. I love your practices and the way you guide us through them, and on top of this your bright smile. I always finish your videos feeling joyful, even when I start them feeling low. I think you are a wonderful teacher.

Thank you for this practice, Alia. I have been a 24/7 caregiver to my husband for the past year, and he passed about a month ago. I just have not been able to move back into my daily morning yoga routine--or many other of what used to be "normal" activities. I know it makes me feel so much better to come to the mat, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. When I saw this gentle practice, I thought--just roll out the mat and do it. So, I did. It worked. I feel so much better and may do just this practice and a short meditation until I can bring myself to again do more. So, I am finding this practice gentle in a way that is much different than most, I guess. But I wanted you to know how grateful I am to you, and the FWFG team for giving me this practice when I truly need it. Thank you.

I appreciate Alia so much! This is a lovely practice with skillful guidance. For some reason, every time I practice with Alia, my spine really releases in a beautiful and gentle way. Thanks all y'all at FWFG! And especially, thank you Alia!

Enjoyed that - like a kind of spiritual and physical ironing - my body feels much less crumpled. Thank you Alia - so nice to see you again. And thank you team for all the work that goes into making this so easy for us 💕

❤️❤️❤️ a perfect warm up / wake up flow. I really appreciate Alia's cues and modification suggestions which help in exploration in the pose. It is really valuable to the community to have different teachers to lead us and find something new in the familiar. Thank you!! 🙏

Hi Alia! Nice to meet you. This is my first practice with you. You have a wonderful voice for yoga :). I loved your cues-many of them were new cues in familiar shapes and gave me a new experience and sensations to explore. I look forward to seeing you on the mat again!
