<p>Beautifully created. I have committed to memory the opening sequence of the past few days. I love that you dedicated some sessions for it! Those set the tone for the drunken cat-cow while in extended child’s pose. Marrying breath to those circular movements around and back is so lovely for my spine, shoulders and hamstrings. I then transitioned to seated position and relished the sensation of grinding onto the earth in coffee grinder for a few rounds. Both were so juicy delicious. I needed those! Hugging the midline and feeling contained, held, uplifted…finding joy and peace and stability within. That’s how it is this morning. I am grateful for this session. My upper body is definitely much stronger. My shoulders can carry on the load. No stress. Engagement and expansion. Lift and grace. Stability and balance. Thanks for this lovely opportunity to meet the day feeling everything is in perfect pitch and harmony. The practice evolves. Nice way to always feel my way through and honor my innermost feeds. And the breath stirs up good energies within. The journey continues…thanks Team for this beautiful series. I am doing this on my own but I feel so much a part of those who have journeyed through ahead of me. A path we’ll taken. Sprinkled with love and dedication. We are all connected. Having gone a month without yoga due to moving house, I'm coming back to where it all started for me. Struggled with the first 3 days with all the talking, but day 4 has got me back in the game. Challenging, stretchy and totally wonderful. I noted in 2019 that this was a difficult session. In 2022 it's just the perfect level for me. The power of home yoga indeed ❤️❤️❤️
