Had the privilege of experiencing sunrise at Haleakalā National Park this morning, so this was wonderfully appropriate for my post-adventure afternoon.

I did this practice looking at the sun come up behind the Ponderosa Pines in Oregon from my son’s house. We are getting ready for a long weekend with my granddaughters. This is perfect!

It's my Wedding Day and this was just the most perfect practice to start my day. Uplifting, grounding, humbling and mindful. Thank you Adriene 💕🥂

Ok. Is it just me or can anyone else NOT the forhead to the floor? Whenever she has he legs all the way out and then head to the floor, i TRY but cant. Im plenty flexible but i think my legs are too long amd torso is too short🤣

This is one of my very favorite practices. Adrienne’s voice is empowering and calming. I can stay quite focused the entire time. I love that it’s short, but still very effective. It’s great to do in the morning and before bed.

Life can feel complicated and relentless and the remedy is a bit of yoga and noticing this cat’s attitude 🤍
