<p>Ok  ,keepnig with "no pain no gain", my wrists are killing me! But, I'm addicted to daily yoga. No more down dog for me for a while. Any suggestions? I added wrist braces and yoga grips some time ago which helped, but they are not enough.</p>

<p>Morning all! I am having trouble sleeping this week. Been awake since 4am. So it was nice to know a new practice was dropping at 6. My body was quite stiff, so the stretching was challenging - as were the side planks. But I feel a lot better and less lonely, before the house wakes up. </p>

<p>Great video but I felt myself super frustrated almost the entire time. I’ve always struggled with seated forward fold as I seem to have no flexibility in my hamstrings. Then for the last an sequence my legs were so bent and I could barely keep up and Adriene is talking through it without even a hint of strain in her voice. I’ve seen lots of growth the last 5 years of YWA but man this video really highlighted all my weak spots 😔</p>

<p>I hate it, I love it, oh my GOSH!! The prompt to pull the back of the bottom rib down to the mat for me was excellently specific. And after several years of daily yoga--I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO LIFT MY TOP LEG UP IN SIDE PLANK!! WOOHOO!! (It's the little things, really...) Thank you, Adriene, this definitely goes into my faves!!💕🌞💪🏼</p>
