Thank you so much for this! I sprained my ankle severely and am in a boot and my mood was down because I felt like I couldn’t continue my yoga practice. Feeling so much gratitude. I will repeat this one and look for others I can do while healing.

I love following the calendar as I get to do sessions that I wouldn't necessarily choose to do. I'm always amazed to find there is always something for me, and usually its just the ticket to set me up for the day. I find this works well in life off the mat too. 💖💛🧡💚💙💜 big love FWFG + YWA team!

Did this on my exercise ball - really got my core on 1 leg (nearly fell off😆) and a great deep supported warrior 2. Loved it thank you x

<p>I reeently had surgery on my ankle and heel and am in a big cast for 6 weeks. This practice was so great. As an avid yogi, I’ve missed being able to do my daily yoga practice and this sequence helped me start to feel more like myself again. </p>
