Today is day 365, marking the end of one consecutive year practicing with Adriene without missing. I found her Youtube channel in May 2019 and have made it to the mat most of the days since, although there were some long stretches in 2019 and 2020 before I started keeping track so I would be motivated to stay on track, even when tired or busy. I am so grateful to her and her channel. 💜🙏

This was a difficult stillness for me today. This morning I feel strong grief for my sweet dog who passed away two months ago.

I've been doing daily yoga since 2019. Does this count as my daily yoga? Or do I do this meditation on addition to a yoga practice?

Apparently stillness today meant a big, ugly cry through the practice.

May have missed the last quarter of this cozy meditation trying to get a picture of my cat on my lap, but hey. It’s all yoga! Amiright?

I just noticed my comment from years ago atop the comments here. It was from when I completed 365 days. I did not even remember I had been subscribed that long given most of my comments were left where I practiced on YT. Thank you again Adriene for making our community possible. 🙏🏼💜

Harmony.
My heart is full 💗 thank you for the gift of presence. Grateful for the opportunity to pause and allow the awesomeness of nature to take the spotlight (practiced this with my legs up on a deck chair, on the deck, in the sunshine to the sound scape of birds socializing). 🥰

I had a hard time quieting my mind (as usual when meditating), but it will come with practice. A quick rewind to return to the breath, and "embody exquisite stillness" ✨🤍

It’s my birthday today and I couldn’t think of a more perfect way to start the day than this meditation. It allowed me time to stop and be grateful for another year and for all the wonderful people and things in my life. ❤️❤️🎉😌
