<p>I have to admit that I have been avoiding this meditation. I have been meditating for over a decade. I avoided this one because I don’t have little kids or work in a classroom setting. I also thought it would be too easy. Tonight I needed a quick meditation to wind down before bed (late night football games provide a lot of mental stimulation for me). I picked this one purely for the shorter duration. I will admit I was completely wrong. This sweet little meditation was perfectly relaxing and was just the simplistic calming practice I needed. Thank you for making this video, and thank you for the pleasantly humbling experience of a short meditation practice. Sleep well everyone. </p>
