You can do it on your mat, in a chair, on your bed, or out on a walk, while traveling, or out at the park. You can even do it in your car. Hi! This guided meditation felt great this morning. To help people better respond to their accessibility needs, it could be nice to have the option to search for meditation sessions with and without music (as a filter setting?). I know for some people, for example people with hypersensitivity, that added layer of sound (music) is just too much. Thanks and good day!
