This is a great full length practice that starts standing. The flow portion is about 34 min long then there is free time to practice yogi squat, crow pose, elephant pose or any other advanced pose in your practice. It ends with a 7 min shavasana (starting around 45:45), 5 min of which are music and a dark screen. Great practice to come back to when you have the time! 💜

If you’re hesitating because of the advanced label, give it a try. The flow is roughly the same level as those practices labelled „intermediate“ on membership. It then has options for some more advanced poses, like headstand or wheel, which can easily be swapped without disrupting the flow.

<p>I decided to do this workout for closing out 2023. This year got me through so much as did this video. While I learned arm balance and became stronger and more flexible than I’ve ever been even as an adolescent equestrian in Pony Club and x-country runner. I’m 51 now and I’ve never thought I would be able to do what I do after 25 years of hardcore addiction. I’m in recovery from all the heroin, meth, crack, pills, alcohol. I’ve discovered that there’s a world I was too afraid to reach for but I now feel like I can fly as the Crow and others, so thank you to FWFG from 12/21-12/23 I’ve healed in the physical, emotional, and spiritual. So first of all i want to say whata great practice. I really appreciated too the block of music at the end for savasana. But. Ha, but. Boy its so hatd not to feel frustrated when theres something i can’t do. I wS feeling so good, just flying and the. The leg over the ahoulder thing and allthe judgement came flying in. I know exploring, playing… and i will focus on the positives or even just being. It just is what it is, not good or bad. Boy that’s tough. Ah me. Always something to learn. I love me anyway. Lol.

I am so excited to try new poses, but I'm even more excited that today was my best crow ever. I think I held it for 5 sec even with my husband trying to distract me! Thank you, Adriene, and FWFG staff and community! This year of practices (Move and Blossom) has been my favorite yet!
