I can only say than the sentence "Chose you own ending" made me burst to tears. I'm slowly getting back on my feet after attempting suicide after having been sexually harassed. Thank you, thank you. I'll make my own happy ending and the bastards won't succeed at destroying me.

This is a wonderful practice. You always speak of the stress we hold in our bodies, what a beautiful way to release it. I'm wound tight to start and I have a big surgery looming that has me all bugged out. I'll be doing this a few more times in the next 2 weeks for sure! Thanks ✌️

My dear friends.

I just had an immense (spiritual) awakening/healing where I suddenly understood and saw the meaning of the extreme darkness and suffering that was my life for the past months. I chose to do this practice rightafter, doing it for the first time, and it feels like the universe sent me this practice to wink at me, to put a seal to my newly chosen trust. The metaphors; the incredibly funny and endearing short 'comedia'; the (for me perfect) alternative options/poses that were suddenly offered (seemed like the first time for me); the 'almost pigeon' and then not (my hips don't like pigeon); and just the entire loveliness of this practice. It is unbelievable. And yet, I believe.

You are the first people I tell about this awakening and understanding I had. Because I love you, all of you.🙏♥️

Wish she would slow down a bit and get into the poses, lingering there a little deeper. I added some twists at the end.

Im feeling grateful for this practice. Although I am very healthy was bedridden for a month this summer( perscribed strong antibiotics for a virus ) and have suffered stiffness that I am addressing with my chiropractor and yoga. This hip opener is just what I need and will continue to include this in my regular yoga practices. Thank you Adriene and team for genuinely helping so many ❣️

This quick practice felt like a gift today. About to go see a new counselor for some hard things. Hoping this will help me stay open. Namaste. ☀️ 9/25/24
