Today was a tough one for me…i felt extra tired this am and lacking energy and thought my prwctice will shift that … and while it did, it shifted to a place i didnt expect … my balance was a challenge and eagle arms are always a tough one for me bc i want to get it “right” but i kept going, awkwardly and shakily, but i just kept going. It was hard not judging myself but i ended realizing that instead of feeling like i accomplished a great practice, i felt like i was really practicing. Staying on my mat and doing what was best for me … not what i would previously “count” as a workout or even a “good” practice, but today something different clicked for me. It really is the showing up, in all ways, that is most important. ❤️. Thank you Adriene….going to be thinking abt this all day i think! atothiyggt
