Really appreciate having these morning practices to wake up to. I feel so supported in my yoga journey 🙏🏽 We're rehoming a fearful and aggressive cat at the moment, and it's beautiful to see her becoming more settled and comfortable as she joins me each morning. (She's becoming a Benji fan too)

Im sorry, i dont think this year’s 30 days is gor me. These past 12 days have been gentle yoga. I have a lot of energy to expel in the morning, i need a faster pace, more challenge. I’m going back to my saved ansanas. Maybe I’ll check back later this month and see how its going.

putting this question here since it’s the most recent video release, i think, havent done this one yet. however, i would like to know: when adrienne says “hug your low ribs in,” does she mean from the sides, or hug them in from the front and back? or hug the low ribs in from all sides-front, back, left side, right side, all into the middle (like youre being hugged).
