After finishing Home, I’m making my way through dedicate. Maybe I’ll keep going with all the previous 30 days series. Anyone else doing that?

Yummy!!! Lovely! Delightful! I had a more immersive experience after practicing Alia’s Curvy Flow prior to this and yesterday’s Back Bend Practice with Marnie. I stood up with you, hands stretched-up and pinkie fingers turned a little inward — and it felt truly supportive for my shoulders as it relaxed way down my back. As I pushed my fingers down onto the mat in downward facing dogs with renewed sense of the energetic plumbline, especially the lordotic curve of the lumbar and cervical spine. There’s so much space in my front body! expansion. Containment. Even mover lightness than before. I did so too while in cat-cow. Inversions have more of a felt sense of balance, my center/core, the soles of my feet. It’s so good for my lower back too! My legs loved how I am growing my awareness ;) I relished horse pose. It was a lovely stay. And as you prepared us for the eventual forward fold in wide-legged stance, I raised my arms up for Hero pose. That was sweetly fitting for me! Hope in action! I was filled with gratitude as I gently placed crown of my head on the mat. I am supported. I also loved the way we created space in horse pose. Standing wide-legged while diagonally stretching one arm up and one arm down and then to transition back down to horse pose, hands together to my heartspace, that was awesome! Investing, dedicating time to witness how my whole self can connect, gather, ‘feed’ upon each other to help me embody the yoga and feel my way through has been filled with wonderful discoveries. I can do so much more! “Allow. Release. Let go.” Declutter. Lighten up. And make space for more goodness and endless possibilities to come and explore with curiosity and an open mind! A reminder to not hoard anything that’s depleting. Leave it gently on the mat. Or give it back to the source with gratitude for all the lessons learned. Soften to Expand. Yay! It’s really great to spend time working inwards with all of you, I feel more gathered, centered, uplifted and balanced. What a way to tend, nourish and support myself to enjoy what comes up along the path. And always coming home to me. What makes me feel good! Not selfish. But able to be there for others too. Not perfect. But fully human. Having the all over inner self intelligence ;) to work with and for me and not against me. Thanks for this session and whole 30DoY series, it makes what we practice here so much precious and amazing. It inspires me to keep at it. Prioritize my Me time. That’s a wonderful takeaway — to ride the wave of life. Feeling fully there…with all the tools, the benefits, awareness, clarity…I love you all back 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜…💚 11/21/25

NB: I learned a valuable lesson too this morning, on how to cut-then-paste ;) as I inadvertently left my comments for this session onto Marnie’s Back Bend Practice! 😄Now I will delete that other comment. Exhale 💜
