Another one the confirms my thoughts. If we start in extended child’s pose and Adriene says “ready to rock and roll”, its going to be a tough one, lol.

<p>This practice was challenging. I really struggle with side planks. I can do them but I can't hold them for very long.</p>

This was my 4th run of this practice over a month. I definitely can see an improvement, I can hold the side plank on both sides for almost the full time on the recording now which is a lot longer than I could hold on the first week! 💪🧘‍♂️🙏
