<p>I only managed to watch this rather than participate. My mother was taken into hospital so it has been a super stressful day. Currently watching this sitting with her cat besides me… I’m not sure who is comforting who. </p>

<p>Hi everyone! I have a quick question - I hurt my wrist the other day and it’s making some of the wrist centric positions more challenging than usual (especially cat cow, downward dog, and plank). Do you know of any modifications that will help make them easier while my wrist heals? I loved this practice and the breathing at the end felt amazing!!! </p>

<p>Am I the only one that was definitely too sore for even cat/cow today? Was in too much pain for a lot of the postures today so I just freestyled my way trough it, in true find what feels good fashion.</p>

<p>Before Adriene, I used to think it was weird when Yoga teachers said, “don’t forget to breathe!” Some people do literally forget to breathe sometimes, but for me it was one of those things my brain thought was funny.</p><p>After Adriene’s Yoga, breathing in sync with my movements feels powerful, soothing and beautiful! I’m grateful to understand better how impactful your breath can be to your body, mind, heart and spirit.</p><p></p><p>Lastly, when she asked us to consider our thoughts: I’ve been working on healing past trauma… and I can’t seem to convince myself that Life is safe. And in my mind came an allegory, Beauty and the Beast. </p><p>What if life is the Beast. And our goal is to see everything that is good and beautiful about the Beast. Not that everything becomes perfect and easy after that, but that you can learn to appreciate the duality of life. That you can learn to appreciate all your experiences, good and bad, because they give you an opportunity to find yourself and transform within</p>

<p>This was soo nice 💚 getting close to the furthest I've ever got on a 30 day journey. Following in real time is a real motivator! Any tips for wrist discomfort though? I have been getting some carpel tunnel like sensations in the evenings, don't want it to restrict my practice if possible. Try to remember to grip through my fingers </p>

<p>Every time I do the arm out foot back and then bring them together elbow to knee - my knee pit and lower leg “clicks” sometimes in an annoying way and sometimes enough pain to make me stop. What am I doing wrong? </p>
