A hips version of this would be magic - if that much stress released from shoulders, i dread to think about hips! Loved the directions too, especially “come up out of yourself” 💛

Where is the help desk? I am current on my subscription, yet some of the workouts are grayed out on my dashboard. What is the significance of this? Where should this kind of question go? Thanks, I count this site as a real salvation in the absence of available therapy for depression. Thanks for the work that you do.

Hi Marnie, I would benefit from some training of the abdomen muscles that keeps the back and upper part of the body tall and straight. May you consider posting a video such as that? This Vitamins has been great, I am a writer, and really benefiting. My best!

I enjoyed this class.i have taken a few of Marnie’s classes and i always feel better after. I was a bit confused about not using the strap after she specifically said we would need one.

That was tough, but awesome! Very happy I did this practice. I am a little confused though. I thought that we were going to be using straps, like she said... did I miss something?

I loved this practice but it was confusing when she asked me to find a belt to act as a strap, then we never used it. You may want to edit that out.
