Thanks so much, I really needed this check in this month. Since you asked, something I’ve been craving: a LONG yin yoga practice (like, 60 minutes). Stay safe, Adriene and team. <3

Thrilled to hear about the Kundalini yoga- hoping for a members series?! And, I love Rise.... I do it regularly. All the best to you all in Austin.

Adrienne, because you give so much to this community and the yoga practicing community at large, can you share how we might be able to assist those who would like to be members but don’t have the means to do so? Can you accept payments for gift memberships? I would love to be able to participate in a program like that. I am so fortunate, am employed in a job that I love and that challenges me to think more broadly and inclusively everyday, have two thoughtful and healthy children and a dorky little dog named Julius. I really feel in a place of such bounty and much of that feeling is because of what I learn from you and this community. So while I know there are many many causes to donate to I’d love to be able to share what you offer with others. Please let me know if you have a way to do that. I know I can give people I know personally a gift membership, but most of the people I know have similar access to resources as I do. Thank you so very much. Namaste

Hi Adriene! I would love to see a meditation series (maybe a weeklong?). I have done most of the meditations here on the membership, but it would be lovely to have a series of connected meditations centered maybe on finding peace (in all its facets). Thank you and your team for all you do! Sending you love and light from Colombia.

Thnaks for being open and honest about your travel! It’s true that everyone has their own path and choice and it’s important to be safe but not jusgemental (but wear masks! :D)

Dearest Adrienne, I've been with FWFG from the beginnings and I love all the content and intention here in this community. I am an academic and it has been a struggle to keep the mind/body separation and compartmentalization at bay over the years - even though I started as an actress/singer. It is a stressful job, competitive and with an atmosphere of "never enough" in terms of ambition and productivity. I teach at an HSI with 80% first generation college students here in South Texas so there is also a lot of responsibility ingrained in regards to my students and my commitment to equity and liberation. I would love it if you would do a Yoga for Academics or Intellectuals who are so in their head and need reminders to be integrated in mindbodyspirit and connect with the whole, with community. Thank you for listening. With love and gratitude to you and the whole team (+Benji)! Be well, Adrianna

Thanks for sharing your life with us! We love to hear how you're doing. Super excited about Kundalini yoga! Love the prenatal series but I'm craving more pregnancy safe practices or even a tutorial on how to modify since I can't attend in person classes.

Hi Kula, I have been a member for a few years now and my daily yoga practise has never been more healing or necessary to me than right now. I am on day 13 of a two week government hotel quarantine in Hobart, Tasmania (AUS). I traveled here from FNQ - one end of our country to the other. I have used this time to do daily yoga (I always take a yoga mat with me when I travel), meditation, jogging (in a basement car park wearing a mask and rubber gloves) for 30 minutes under the watchful eye of a security guard and waiting patiently to be released on Monday and meet my gorgeous new grandson born on 2nd July and catch up with my wonderful friends and family. I have now had my second and final covid test which was negative. I have accepted that ‘where I am right now, is where I need to be’ (sound familiar?) and focused on the positives, using my time to journal, do some work, chat with friends, take in the lovely view from my ninth floor window (which sometimes includes seeing my visitors - friends and family who stand in the street and wave to me while we FaceTime) and report in with my own yoga Kula - a messenger group I set up early in the year with seven of my dear friends. I called our group Yoga Warriors 😄. We are currently doing Revolution (thanks for that day 6 am workout Adriene - ouch! 😂). Friends, family and acquaintances have expressed surprise at how well I have managed my time in ISO (I am usually a very social person) and I am pretty sure that many of the lessons learned on the mat have helped In a big way. Thank you for your generosity and your wonderful, engaging teaching style Adriene 🙏🏽 Stay safe and happy everyone - wear masks as required, sanitise, social distance and let’s kick Covid in the butt!
