I don’t know why, but i always feel resistant to alternate-nostril breathing, but i trusted the practice this time (instead of finding something else to do during that time) and could feel my body and brain settle … which was something i really needed this morning. Lovely, relaxing session. It ended before i was ready ❤️. Thank you for including this one on the calendar and for teaching us with such care and understanding. 🙏
