<p>I love this mediation as this is my 3rd comment in recent months. I do a mediation everyday, doctor's orders. Lately, I've been choosing 1 then repeating it for a week. I get to really know that particular practice but also, my mind does and I get to a bliss point quicker and it lasts longer. It feels so good, I had to share. Btw I use earbuds to cancel out other sounds, I also typically lie down with a bolster under my knees for ultimate comfort. Hope this can help someone seeking peace. Thanks ✌️ </p>
