This was very helpful in taking the edge off my anxiety. Must stop reading the news as it just makes me so worried, and try to get back on the mat. This is my first baby step towards that. Thanks Adriene 😊

<p>I would normally have chosen the flow over meditation in the calendar and maybe sometimes have done both but today I knew just how much I needed to listen to what I truly needed. Meditation! Such a difficult week supporting colleagues at work through some unwanted changes, emotions have been high and I have felt both mentally &amp; physically drained. My own feelings being brushed over. </p><p>The release was immediate with tears but I was able to let go, for today at least.</p><p>This will be my go to rescue remedy over the coming weeks. </p><p>🙏❤️🙏</p><p></p>

<p>I am a big fan of the 4-7-8 breath sequence. I use it to start lt all my meditation sessions when I am meditating without any outside recorded input. It puts me right where I want to be to go deeper into that meditative state. </p>
